>> DIRECTIONS : FOREST ROW TRAINING FIELD - PRIORY ROAD, FOREST ROW RH18 5JD
(Week 1 to 6 : do not bring dog on Week 1)
>>> Directions coming from the centre of Forest Row (from main A22):
Once in Forest Row at the roundabout turn down 'Priory Road' (road with the Church and the 'Swan' Public House at the top of it)
Drive for approximately 1 mile - immediately you pass a large grey box on two tall poles, look for 'Greenfields School' sign (small 'finger' sign) - turn RIGHT and then drive very short distance and turn LEFT into Priors Farm Vets and park as below - ensure you never block entrance / exits as horse boxed may need to enter and exit whilst you are parked there - always be polite to anyone who asks you to move your vehicle at any time, they allow you to park there out of their generosity, I cannot afford to lose this parking facility.
Please NEVER park your vehicles along the side of the road, this belongs to the school and they do not take kindly to vehicles being parked there – also never park at the School.
Walk out of the vets car park, back the way you drove in. Training field is on the left before you reach the road and is opposite the big white house.
Important note re parking: If we lose this parking we will be unable to hold any classes - please help us to continue.
We must not park behind or block in a BLACK AUDI vehicle that parks by the fenced off circular sand school. Never double park
1st option (safest): Park against the fence on the furthest side of the open sided building (near the gate by Priory Road) (see photo below - park where red car is - tight to fence and each other).
2nd option if 1st is full: Park in single file along the wooden fence area (keeping the circular sand school to your right if you park 'nose in') (but NO parking actually around the sand school)
3rd option if all others full: You can also park beside the vets reception building (white) between that reception building and the open sided building (with wooden pillars in each corner) (nose in or reverse in)

- Unless I inform you otherwise the course runs for 6 consecutive weeks (subject to the weather).
- ·If any classes are cancelled due to bad weather (ie heavy rain & snow!!!) I will put a note up on the website homepage via the 'twitter link' – please always check the website twitter link for any update BEFORE leaving home (home & venue page - right hand side, 'twitter' box).
- Any class sessions cancelled will be added on, ie the last class date will be extended.
- All members of the family are welcome to the talk and the classes - it is better if everyone knows the methods used to train your dog - It is your responsibility to tell your children not to touch or run up to any other dogs on the outside course, they are welcome to walk quietly around the edge of the field, but must not run through, around or up to other dogs.
NOTES for class attendance:
Please try to be on time for each session.
- If your dog toilets in class please ensure you bring a bag to clear up any mess and take it home with you (recommend you bring two bags, so you can double bag the item to take home - hang bag on rear windscreen wiper or tow bar)
- Please do NOT bring your dog on any type of choke chain or 'slip' lead and NO FLEXI leads please. Just come with a flat collar (with name tag) with a long lead (preferably not a chain lead) - headcollars are acceptable if you have a very strong dog, but please have a collar and a lead on your dog as well. Body Harness is acceptable only if a collar and tag are worn too.
- Be prepared to prepare, bring & handle HUMAN grade food during our classes and also when you take your dog out and about (you need to train your dog at home, at classes and also when out on walks etc – if you only train your dog at the class you will not succeed in getting a lovely obedient dog)
- Wear appropriate clothing (you may get muddy!) and always wear closed in sensible footwear.
- Please ensure you bring a LARGE supply of human grade food treats (at least double amount than you think you will need is normally about right!) (chopped up into TINY pieces): chicken (which is best for puppies), sausages (something like pre-prepared cocktail sausages), cheese - do NOT just bring dog kibble or dry dog biscuits.
- All food should be brought in ideally bumbags or similar – access to food must be easy (ie no fiddling about in pockets) - you need easy access to the food that you bring
- Being outside area training, always be aware of the ground conditions around you, it is your responsibility to ensure you do not slip or trip over.
- Please do not feed your dog immediately before coming to training as this will not help with the dog travelling to the class venue and could cause car sickness.
You have signed the Registration Form agreeing to full terms and conditions.

- In an emergency they need to be able to get large horseboxes in from Priory road and through the venue right up to the area beside the circular sand school (near all the wooden buildings).
- Please clear the parking area asap so that follow on classes can park.
- If there is an emergency in the vets (ie a horse box arrives or is already there) ensure your dogs do not go near the horses or frighten the horses in anyway.
- All parking is completely at your own risk, no claim can be made against Flying Paws or Priory Farm Vets for any damage however caused whilst your car is parked.
We thank you very much for your compliance with this.
