*** TRAINING METHOD:
* All training is clicker type methods - which will be explained in detail at the first night talk/demonstration - we will NOT be using a physical 'clicker', we will be using a 'click word' (we use 'YES') to mark required behaviour and then will heavily reward the dog
* All training will be very 'HIGH REWARD' based - with LOTS of food or toy playing involved
* Please ensure you bring a LARGE supply (more than you would think is necessary!) of suitable treats (chopped up into SMALL pieces): chicken - which is best for puppies, sausages, cheese - do NOT just bring boring dog kibble or dry dog biscuits. All food should be brought in bumbags or treat pouches
* Be aware that you will be expected to bring and handle such food in the classes and ALSO outside whilst the dog is out and about to continue the training.
* The training will be very 'HANDS OFF THE DOG' - with use of food or toy to lure the dog and then reward the dog (lots)
* We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave if they are disruptive or rude to others in the class (any course fee paid is non refundable)
*** YOUR CLOTHING (see note below for specific agility related rules on clothing/footwear):
* Your shoes must be sensible flat, grippy shoes, for ladies; high heels or open toe shoes are not permitted in the class - also for ladies trousers/jeans are the best clothing for dog training
*** PERMITTED COLLARS & LEADS:
* Please only have a FLAT COLLAR (leather, webbing or fabric) & SOFT MATERIAL (LONG) LEAD - we do NOT have chain 'check collars' (check chains) or chain leads in the class (see Use of Check Chains page) - please also do not use an 'all in one' lead & collar, also known as a 'slip lead' as this is also a 'check chain' without the chain.

* From April 2016 your dog must have the legally required microchip implanted
* If your dog is strong, it may help to purchase a headcollar for the dog
